Need help with your account, key redemption, or script issues? We provide support through our web portal and Discord server.
Technical Support Tickets#
For account-related issues, billing discrepancies, or license problems, we recommend opening a Support Ticket directly from the portal:
- Log in to the VALINC User Portal.
- Go to the Tickets Overview section.
- Click Create Ticket, select a category (Billing, Bug Report, General inquiry), and write your detailed issue.
- Our staff team will review and reply to your ticket within 12-24 hours.
Discord Integration#
Join our community Discord server for announcements, script status updates, and community support:
- Real-time Status Alerts: Get notified immediately if Roblox anti-cheat patches an executor or if our scripts go offline for maintenance.
- Community Help Channels: Chat with other experienced users and script developers.
- Discord Key Redemption: Link your portal account with our Discord Bot to claim keys and manage HWID resets using Discord commands.
